He has worked with many top companies such as Shell, ICI, and British American Tobacco as a Human Resource professional. He has worked at board level in several major companies and has been an advisor to the Shell UK Board.

The company works with a number of associate Human Resource professional consultants who can deliver major projects. They have all worked at Director or Senior Management level and are members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
