Course Title: The basics of HR

Outline: The course will benefit those who handle HR issues but have limited knowledge and experience of the subject. It will give you a good understanding and enable you to handle a range of HR issues with confidence, such as handling disciplinary issues so that you can follow all recommended ACAS practices. Good HR practice is an essential part of a well run and successful business.
